For packages that have not been received, but marked as "Delivered" on the tracking website, please contact the post office to investigate using the provided tracking number. We will do our absolute best to assist, but once we have handed your parcel to the shipping company, it is their responsibility to provide an accurate transport and we are not liable for refunds in this instance.
Wrong Address/Update/Change Address
Address changes can only be made prior to shipment, if you have found that you need to make any changes please email us immediately. If your entered address is incorrect or in some way not deliverable, unless the shipping company returns the package we are unable to process refunds for such instances.
